I've been a customer of David Mann Jewelers for several decades. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I most frequently patronize them for watch batteries and watch repair. On more than one occasion, they've fixed a watch without charging me a penny. David and his staff are great people with whom to do business. I give them my highest recommendation.
I called ahead of time to see if they could repair chains and a friendly woman answered all my questions. I came in a little later and David immediately looked at my necklace. Everyone was extremely friendly and my chain was fixed after ~5 min. I was so happy and my day was made after visiting David Mann Jewelers! Thank you:)
