5 min for a nurse to flush an insect from my ear = $250. Spent more time getting signed in. Broken, price-gouging health care business needs an overhaul. Also a shout out to the compliance officer at Noyes who never returned my call or responded to my complaint - thanks for nothing.
We got to see a doctor within an hour and a half, we've waited a lot longer at other places. Doctor was nice and gave us medicine right away since the pharmacy was closed. Good bed side manner.
Waited 20 mins to learn there was a 2.5 hr wait. Receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Spend an extra few minutes and drive to Henrietta.
My daughter went there no problems with the physicians, but did she was upset from the front desk especially when your not feeling good to begin with! If you dont want to work in an office were they take care of people then I suggest you either find a new job or change to attitude!
Horrible! After my boyfriend sat and waited for more than 2 hours the doctor saw him for 5 minutes and told him he couldn't do anything for him! (He has gout that flares up). We were still charged a copay and when I requested a refund since NOTHING was done I never got it! Took my son here as well when he was running a fever of 104 and was told he had the flu but was not given a prescription...double checked a few days later with his pediatrician and the flu test came back negative!! The doctor and nurse here has fully admitted they can only deal with minor cuts and bruises!!!
